Return Goods Policy of Sonee Hardware
Please review this policy carefully as these terms will affect your rights to return goods purchased at Sonee Hardware. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
- All returned items must be received in their original condition, undamaged and packed in original packaging along with satisfactory proof of purchase with either the invoice or purchase order. Items must be in brand new condition and suitable for restocking. We do not accept the return of used or damaged goods and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the unlikely event if you are unsatisfied with your cash purchase, you are eligible to return an item and receive a full refund providing you have purchased the item on the same-day. The goods must be in the conditions mentioned in clause 1.
- In the unlikely event if you are unsatisfied with your credit purchase, the Accounting Department must be notified within 3 days of invoicing. Goods must be returned within 15 days of invoicing. Goods must be returned to the store of original purchase and a goods return note will be issued.
- Customers should keep a copy of goods return note stamped by Sonee Hardware.
- Exchanges are permitted for up to 15 days of invoicing. Exchanges can only be made for goods of an equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. In cases of higher value you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. No partial refund will be given and therefore exchanges for a lower priced item are not permitted. Exchanges are not permitted outside of the 15 day invoice period.
- In cases of incorrect or defective items being received as a result of our error, you may request a replacement or a refund for your purchase within 15 days of invoicing.
- Items returned for a refund or an exchange after 10 days of invoicing is subject to a 0.15 % administrative charge – this excludes those refunds and exchanges highlighted in clause 6.
